Terms
A deposit of 25% is required with your order. Balance is due on or prior to pick-up or delivery.
Any
invoice not paid within 30 days after trees are picked up will be
assessed 1-1/2 percent finance charger per month on the unpaid balance.
A
7% sales tax is required when trees are picked up or shipped in New
Jersey, unless order is accompanied by a sales tax exemption
certificate.
Pick-up or delivery of all orders on a certain date
is subject to adverse weather conditions, transportation strikes and
other conditions beyond our control.
We, however, make every
effort to meet our pick-up and delivery dates. We want our customers to
receive the best in service and the highest quality trees.
Pick-up of your trees is greatly preferred to maintain their healthy condition.
We
have three price rates: 25-299, 300-499, 500 and up. These rates apply
to trees of one variety and size. For instance, 500 of one size and
variety is priced at the 1000 rate.
A minimum of three days
notice for pick-up is requested. Orders will be available for pick-up
based on pre-arranged pick-up dates.
All orders shipped must be paid in full in advance of shipping.
All
groups which require a specific pick-up date in the spring must specify
that date by the end of January. The cut-off date for supplying the
final tree total is March 21st or three weeks before pick-up.
All prices are FOB Columbus, New Jersey.
*Cancellation of tree orders must be made by March 15th or the customer will be responsible for the full value of the order.

Shipping Information
U.P.S. orders require a prepaid 18% shipping and handling charge.
United States Parcel Post orders require a prepaid 15% shipping and handling charge.
Orders are not shipped at the end of the week in order to prevent trees from sitting in terminals over the weekend.
